UP Tacloban Computer Science student bags gold in regional statistics quiz

Constantino T. Cesista Jr., a 1st year BS Computer Science student, won first place in the 29th Philippine Statistics Quiz (PSQ) Regional Championship held on 6 November 2025 at Madison Park Hotel in Tacloban City.
Cesista will represent Region VIII in the 29th PSQ National Finals on 10 December 2025 in Quezon City. He is mentored by Asst. Prof. Rosabella B. Montes of UP Tacloban’s Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.
