Special Lecture on Global Raptor Conservation & Turnover Ceremony of a Philippine Eagle Specimen

UP Tacloban College is inviting everyone to a special lecture on global raptor conservation and turnover ceremony of a Philippine eagle specimen from the Philippine Eagle Foundation on 7 May 2025 (Wednesday), 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the AS Conference Hall.
Dr. Munir Virani, Chief Executive Officer of the Mohammed Bin Zayed Raptor Conservation Fund (Abu Dhabi) and an internationally recognized expert in raptor research and biodiversity conservation, will deliver the special lecture. This will be followed by the turnover of a taxidermied Philippine eagle by PEF to UP Tacloban College. The specimen will serve as an educational and scientific resource for promoting conservation learning and awareness.
