Pahinungód Tacloban brings Affirmative Action Program to Tabango, Biliran and Southern Leyte

UP Tacloban’s Ugnayan ng Pahinungod conducted tutorial sessions and UPCAT simulations for Grade 11 students from public senior high schools in Tabango, Leyte; Caibiran, Biliran; and Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte on 14-15 March, 15-16 March, and 28-29 March 2025, respectively.
Faculty members from UP Tacloban’s Division of Humanities and Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and UPTC staff and student volunteers conducted the tutorials in English, Mathematics, and Science.
The sessions are part of the Ugnayan ng Pahinungod’s Affirmative Action Program
(AAP) to help realize more inclusive admissions to UP’s undergraduate programs.
