LOOK | Over 100 runners participated in the UP Tacloban Run 2025 on 24 May 2025. Participants gathered at 5:00 AM for an energizing Zumba warm-up before setting off.

Fifteen undergraduate students from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and their mentor, Dr. Shelley Tuazon Guyton, visited UP Tacloban College on 16-19 June 2025 for a series of lecture discussions and site visits on disaster, resilience, and post-Haiyan Tacloban City as part of their Global Experience: Manila-Tacloban course.

Three UP Tacloban alumni were among the honorees at the “Pagkilala sa mga Natatanging Alumni na Nagkamit ng Pinakamataas na Marka sa Licensure Exam” on 17 June 2025 as part of Linggo ng Unibersidad in celebration of UP’s 117th founding anniversary.

UP Halcyon, a socio-civic organization at the University of the philippines Tacloban College, will be honored with the “President’s Award in Outstanding Student Organization” at the UP President’s Awarding Ceremony today, 20 June 2025.

June 18, 2025, the University of the Philippines marks its 117th Foundation Day — a celebration of over a century of service to the Filipino, as envisioned by its first president, Murray Bartlett.

Applicants with a UPG of 2.800 or better, or waitlisted applicants who have not been offered a degree program, may appeal for admission to UP Tacloban through the DIWA portal starting 19 June 2025.

Eligible applicants must complete their applications through the DIWA portal at https://diwa.up.edu.ph/ from June 19 to 20, 2025.
